 सर्दियों की सुबह थी। दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट की भीड़ अपने चरम पर थी। बिजनेस ट्रैवलर्स लैपटॉप लेकर भाग रहे थे। परिवार छुट्टियों पर जाने को तैयार थे और हर तरफ चकाचौंध थी। इसी भीड़ में एक बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति धीरे-धीरे चलते हुए एयरलाइंस के काउंटर तक पहुंचे। उनका पहनावा सादा था। सफेद कुर्ता पाजामा, ऊपर एक पुराना भूरे रंग का स्वेटर, और पैरों में फटी सी चप्पल। हाथ में एक प्लास्टिक कवर में रखी हुई प्रिंटेड टिकट थी। शायद कहीं से किसी ने निकाल कर दी हो। उनके चेहरे पर शांति थी। लेकिन आंखों में एक थकान भी जैसे कोई लंबा सफर तय करके आया हो। और अब केवल कंफर्म सीट का आश्वासन चाहिए। उन्होंने काउंटर पर खड़ी लड़की से बड़े विनम्र स्वर में पूछा। बिटिया यह मेरी टिकट है। सीट कंफर्म है क्या? मुझे जयपुर जाना है। लड़की ने एक नजर उन्हें ऊपर से नीचे तक देखा। फिर मुंह बनाया और बोली, "अंकल, यह रेलवे स्टेशन नहीं है। यहां बोर्डिंग ऐसे नहीं मिलती। पहले ऑनलाइन चेक इन करना पड़ता है। बुजुर्ग थोड़ा घबरा गए। मुझे नहीं आता बेटा। यह सब बस आप एक बार देख लो। प्लीज। मेरी बहू अस्पताल में है। पास खड़ा एक और कर्मचारी हंसते हुए बोला। अरे...

 *સોબત...* *હંમેશા ઉચ્ચ વિચારોવાળાની કરો.* આલ્બર્ટ આઇન્સ્ટાઇનની *"Theory of Relativity"* ખુબજ પ્રસિદ્ધ થઇ એટલે તેના વિશે લેકચર આપવા માટે આમંત્રણ મળવા લાગ્યા...  આલ્બર્ટ આઇન્સ્ટાઇન હંમેશા ગાડી લઈને જતા અને ડ્રાઈવર સાથે રાખતા... લેકચર દરમિયાન ડ્રાઈવર છેલ્લી હરોળમાં બેસીને આઇન્સ્ટાઇને સાંભળતો... એક દિવસ ડ્રાઈવરે આઇન્સ્ટાઇને કહ્યું કે તમારી થિયરી એટલી સરળ છે કે હું પણ એના વિશે પ્રવચન કરી શકું.. મેં એટલી બધી વાર સાંભળી છે કે તમારા પ્રવચનનાં દરેક શબ્દો મને યાદ રહી ગયા છે...  ત્યારે ગુસ્સે થવાને બદલે આઇન્સ્ટાઇન ખુશ થયા કે એમની થિયરી એટલી સરળ છે કે વિજ્ઞાનનું જરા પણ જ્ઞાન ન હોય એવા લોકો પણ એ સમજી શકે છે..  એ દિવસોમાં મીડિયા એટલું લોકપ્રિય હતું નહિ.. એટલે બધા લોકો આઇન્સ્ટાઇને ઓળખતા હતા પણ મોટાભાગના લોકો એમના ચહેરાથી અજાણ હતા..  એક દિવસ પ્રવચનમાં જતી વખતે આઇન્સ્ટાઇને એના ડ્રાઈવરને કહ્યું કે આજે મારી જગ્યાએ તારે પ્રવચન આપવાનું છે.. ડ્રાઈવરે વૈજ્ઞાનિક જેવા કપડાં પહેરી લીધા અને આઇન્સ્ટાઇન ડ્રાઇવરના કપડાં પહેરીને બંને હોલમાં ગયા..  છેલ્લી હરોળમાં બેસીને આઇન્સ્ટાઇન ડ્રાઈવ...
